About your Coaches


Hi! We are Mel & Marie!


We are official trainers of Jumping Fitness - a fitness program that challenges all fitness levels. We believe that daily exercise should be valued and is vital to the health of our bodies and minds.


With a background in fitness, Mel has always found moving her body very natural. In order to understand the body better, she trained as a sports and fitness clerk and gained experience in the fitness industry through her own studios in Germany and Spain.


As a qualified functional training trainer, she has spent the last decade showing people that learning how to move the body can be just what we all need to help us live longer, healthier lives.


Fitness isn't just our career, it's our mission - and we won't stop until we've helped as many women and men as possible!
